Principal's Message - April 25th
Greetings, Elma Primary Families.
Our Art Show, Book Fair, and Basket Raffle was a huge success! Thank you to all who joined us, thank you to our PTO volunteers, and thank you to Ms. Urquhart for all of her hard work in making the art show happen. All truly enjoyed seeing students’ hard work and creativity on display. We are so proud of them!
We look forward to welcoming our parents and incoming kindergarteners next Thursday, May 1st at 5:30 PM. Students will have the opportunity to participate in classroom activities and parents will attend a presentation about life at Elma Primary and the kindergarten experience. For our May 20th morning program beginning at 9:30, parents will have the opportunity to meet our current kindergarteners, meet our School Counselor, and hear from kindergarten teachers while incoming kindergarteners visit classrooms for a story and a craft. Kindergarten screening for students not currently enrolled in our district UPK classes will take place on May 21st. Please contact the main office to make an appointment if you have not already done so.
We will also host a program for parents/guardians of incoming UPK students on Thursday, May 8th at 5:30 PM. Parents will have a chance to hear from Ms. Czuba, Mr. Dobmeier, and learn about the program here at Elma.
A reminder that plant orders for our PTO fundraiser are due April 28th.
