Principal's Message - Dec. 6

Greetings, Elma Primary Families.

We are writing to share an update regarding the rescheduling of Parent-Teacher Conferences originally scheduled for 12/5/24. 

For families whose conferences were originally scheduled between 12:20 PM and 2:30 PM on Thursday, 12/5, your child’s teacher will reach out to you with available times for a rescheduled conference.

For families whose conferences were originally scheduled between 2:50 PM and 6:00 PM on Thursday, 12/5, you will be automatically rescheduled for the same time slot on Tuesday, 12/10/24.  If you cannot make your scheduled time on 12/10, please reach out to your child’s teacher by 3:00 PM on Monday, 12/9 to schedule your conference for another time.

If you have a conference scheduled on 12/10 from 12:20-2:30 on Tuesday, 12/10, your conference will proceed as scheduled, and no action is necessary on your part.

Given the unexpected changes in our schedules, we understand that families may prefer a virtual or phone conference.  If this is the case, please reach out to your child’s teacher.
