Principal's Message -June 20th
Greetings, Elma Primary Families.
Thank you to all who joined us for 3rd Grade Moving Up Ceremony today. Our 3rd graders gave an amazing performance under the direction of Mrs. Szablewski, and we appreciate our PTO providing the sign for photo opportunities and the ice cream truck. It was great to see everyone out in support of our students. Third graders, we are so proud of you, and we look forward to seeing all that you accomplish in the coming years.
Regarding the forecast for high heat indexes on Monday and Tuesday of next week, the primary buildings will still run full school days. Please send your child with a water bottle and a change of clothes, as we will incorporate water activities in PE and possibly other classes. If you have concerns regarding the heat and would prefer to keep your child home or pick them up early, we understand. Please notify the school if this is the case. Per the district calendar, Wednesday is scheduled early release day. Students being picked up will be dismissed beginning at 11:35 and buses will depart at noon.
