Principal's Message - May 23rd
We have had an exciting week at Elma Primary!
We enjoyed hosting our incoming Kindergarten students and families on Tuesday for the morning visit and on Wednesday for screening. We are so excited for the next group of students to join our Elma Primary family! Thank you to all of our parent volunteers who helped make these days a success.
Yesterday, we hosted Kevin McCarthy for an afternoon concert in the gym. The students had a great time and connected with his message about how we can make our dreams and goals a reality. Thank you to our PE Team for entering us in the Fitness for Kids contest that brought Kevin to our school.
Our spring cleanup day has been moved to May 28th. Students will be outside and may get a little messy. Please send your child in clothing suited for some outdoor work and fun on this day.
The 3rd Grade Visit to the II will take place on the morning of May 29th. For parents of 3rd grade students, Iroquois Intermediate is seeking parent feedback to learn more about your child and make thoughtful and informed decisions about class placements for next year. Please take a moment to complete the form linked below by May 30th.
We are also looking forward to our 3rd Grade Picnic at Elma Meadows on Friday, May 30th. We will celebrate our amazing 3rd graders and provide them with opportunities to connect with their future classmates from Marilla and Wales.
Thank you, as always, for your partnership and support. Enjoy the long weekend!
